19^TH ANNUAL WALK/RUN

 8:30 A.M., SUNDAY, June 30, 2013

ZORINSKY PARK – 156^TH & “F” STREET – OMAHA, NEBRASKA

The Siena/Francis House homeless shelter’s 19^th Annual Walk/Run is set for 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, June 30, 2013 at Zorinsky Lake/Park, 156th and “F” Streets (near the boat ramp and Shelter #5), starting at 8:30 a.m.

This annual event will attract over 500 hundred runners and walkers who will participate in one of three events, including the:

• 10K Run
• 5K Run
• 5K Walk

For both of the Runs, awards will be given to the overall male and female winners, plus honors for the top contenders in 12 categories, including the Master’s Division (over age 40).

No awards will be given for the 5K Walk.

Runners may use their times in the 10K Run portion of this Walk/Run for seeding purposes for Omaha’s Corporate Cup.

WALK/RUN REGISTRATION COSTS:

• $20      prior to Monday, June 24^th
• $30      between Monday, June 24^th and 4:30 p.m., Saturday, June 29^th
• $35      on the day of the Walk/Run, Sunday, June 30^th at the event site

This includes the cost of participating in one of the Walk/Run events, a Walk/Run t-shirt, and a large variety of refreshments. We cannot guarantee a t-shirt to participants who sign up on the day of the event.

WALK/RUN REGISTRATION OPTIONS:

Each individual who wishes to participate in the Siena/Francis House’s Walk/Run needs to complete a registration form, which can be done by utilizing ONE of the following registration options:

• Hard copy registration forms are available at Peak Performance, 519 North 78th Street (just north of 78^th & Cass Streets), or at the Siena/Francis House, 1702 Nicholas Street, or by calling Siena/Francis House at (402) 341-1821.

• Walk/Run registration and packet pickup is available at Peak Performance, 519 North 78^th Street      (just north of 78^th & Cass Streets):

Between 12:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Friday, June 28^th, or

Between 10:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 29^th

• Individuals may also register between 7:30 and 8:15 a.m. on the day of the Walk/Run – Sunday, June 30^th – at the race site, Zorinsky Lake/Park (the entrance is located at 156^th & “F” Street).

Walk/Run Registration Costs

Walk/Run registration costs are, as follows:

• $20      (prior to June 24^th)
• $30      (between June 24^th and June 29^th)
• $35      (on the day of the race, Sunday, June 30^th at the event site, Zorinsky Lake/Park, 156^th & “F” Street entrance in Omaha, Nebraska)

T-Shirt and Race # Pick Up

• Registration and t-shirt & race number pickup is possible at Peak Performance, 519 North 78^th Street (78^th & Cass):

Between 12:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Friday, June 28^th, or

Between 10:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 29^th

Registration & t-shirt/race number pickup may also occur between 7:30 and 8:15 a.m. on the day of the race – Sunday, June 30^th – at Zorinsky Lake/Park, although we cannot guarantee a t-shirt to participants who register participate in the Walk/Run on the day of the race.

All proceeds from the Walk/Run will benefit the Siena/Francis House, Nebraska’s largest homeless shelter, located in downtown Omaha, Nebraska.
